Hello! I’m Ashlee (she/her). I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. As an Indigenous woman, I also have a dedication to working with this population as I deeply recognize the complexity of the multi-generational traumas our culture has endured.
I bring a calm and welcoming atmosphere to our counselling sessions as it is of upmost importance that my clients feel both safe and comfortable. I believe that strengths are fundamental to healing and wellness therefore I take a strength-based approach to helping clients achieve their goals.
