I have been working in the community health space for over a decade, focusing on supporting individuals with autism and their caregivers.
My passion lies in helping people feel validated and truly seen, delivering compassionate care through active listening, empathy, and even a touch of humour when appropriate! Everyone’s life experience is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable. My goal is for each session to leave them feeling a little lighter and more grounded through a genuine, therapeutic connection.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and person-centered perspective, recognizing that every individual is the expert of their own life. Together, we’ll collaborate to find the therapeutic approach that best fits your needs. I draw from modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support your growth and healing.
