Hello! I’m Ashlee (she/her). I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. My journey towards becoming a mental health professional was inspired by my personal experiences as a teenager and young woman, and now I am grateful to be able to support others through their challenges!

In my practice, I work with kids (6+), teens, adults, couples and families and I have a particular passion for working with ADHD, ASD, children and youth of divorce, families in transition/conflict, relationship issues, major life transitions, anxiety/stress, depression, and motherhood.
As an Indigenous woman, I also have a dedication to working with this population as I deeply recognize the complexity of the multi-generational traumas our culture has endured.
I bring a calm and welcoming atmosphere to our counselling sessions as it is of upmost importance that my clients feel both safe and comfortable. I believe that strengths are fundamental to healing and wellness therefore I take a strength-based approach to helping clients achieve their goals. I view every client as a unique individual and I often use a variety of modalities such as narrative therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance-based therapy.
