Hi, I’m Taylor (she/her), I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals 12+ in Barrie Ontario, and virtually across Ontario.
Maybe you can’t remember the last time you felt truly relaxed. There’s always something pulling at you, a sense that you should be doing more, being more, or showing up better for everyone around you. Rest can feel hard to allow yourself, and saying no can feel almost impossible. Underneath it all might be a quieter belief that your worth depends on how much you do or how well you hold everything together, leaving you comparing, second-guessing, or feeling like you’re never quite enough.Your mood and emotions might feel harder to manage, you feel constantly stressed or anxious, or you notice a low mood that you just can’t shake. Maybe your self-esteem or how you see your body has taken a hit, or you’re moving through a life transition that has you questioning who you are and leaving you feeling overwhelmed.
Maybe you know you need support, but you’re not sure where to even begin, or what to even say. That’s okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out, and you don’t have to carry this alone. My approach is warm, supportive, and down to earth. Together, we’ll slow things down, get curious about why these patterns are here. These patterns usually made sense once, and understanding where they came from is often the missing piece in shifting them.
I believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust and connection, so I take a comfortable approach guided by your goals. I trust that you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering insight and tools to support meaningful change. I draw from an integrative mix of evidence-based practices, including ACT, EFIT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, and CBT, always shaped around your unique needs.
I’d love to support you in finding a way forward that feels like you, at a pace that feels right for you. If this feels like it could be a good fit, feel free to book a free 15-minute consultation and we can see together if we’re the right match.

More About Me
Outside of therapy I love spending time with my two dogs, and spending as much time as possible near Georgian bay at the beach or walking on nearby trails (and downhill skiing in the winter!).
When I’m not spending time outdoors, you’ll find me getting comfy and cozy on my couch in my favourite sweat set, colouring, rug hooking, and watching some reality tv!
