Exploring our personal well being is never easy, however it is courageous. Together we will explore the complications in your life, and seek new ways to create a more fulfilling and worthwhile life. My approach in therapy is to create a non-judgemental and personable atmosphere, just two people having a conversation. I work with clients’ strengths and look to increase their abilities to envision and create positive and effective changes in their lives. I believe everyone has the power and knowledge to create a better
life for themselves; my skills and tools just help to make it a smoother journey, and for change to happen in a more timely manner.
If you are struggling in life, if your relationships are not what you wish they could be, if taking the first step feels hopeless because there is no clear path, then you might be in the right place here.
If I had to sum up the core of what I do in session with people, it’s to give people space to have a voice. To assist in putting into words all the messy stuff we keep locked away but wish we could talk about. In session we strategically and methodically clear out the closet of the emotional mind so that it’s no longer overflowing and weighing you down in your everyday life. Time off no longer feels guilt ridden, social engagements no longer feel overwhelming, the chaos of life feels a little more ordered and in control.

More About Me
Outside of therapy I fill my hours with reading fantasy/sci-fi, practicing archery, or playing some casual baseball. Learning and practicing new skills for the simple joy of skill acquisition are big for me. I like to take on new and challenging projects because the satisfaction of tinkering and hitting barriers to finally achieve success is just so cathartic. I enjoy working with my hands most of all though. I grew up on a farm and am an licensed HVAC technician so fumbling around with my hands has always been a passion for me.
