If you’ve landed here, chances are something in your life no longer feels manageable in the way it used to. Maybe your mind feels constantly “on,” you feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected in relationships, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from carrying everything on your own.
Sometimes emotional struggles do not look obvious from the outside, but internally they can feel heavy, isolating, and hard to make sense of.
My approach to therapy is warm, practical, and deeply human. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation rather than a clinical checklist. I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, understood, and themselves without judgment, while also building practical tools that actually feel useful in everyday life.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, workplace stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, cultural identity, burnout, and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating workplace injuries and traumatic workplace experiences. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, somatic approaches, and emotion-focused work, always tailored to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying things on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see whether we are a good fit.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, my areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, workplace stress and injury, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, self- esteem, burnout, cultural identity, and life transitions.

More About Me
Outside of therapy, I’m a huge coffee person and absolutely obsessed with cooking shows — to the point where they’re basically always on in the background. I love spending time with family, travelling, and exploring new places and cultures whenever I can. A fun fact about me is that I trained in Indian classical dance professionally for many years, which is still a huge part of who I am and something I deeply value as both an art form and creative outlet.
